It's True!
Today I realized that I was seriously crossing over into "adulthood"
I got one of my regular bills today. I discovered that my billing company is now sending return envelopes with their requests for payments. I understand this is a miniscule-everyday-thing that comes with paying bills, but I was so happy that I no longer needed to supply envelopes for my bill payments that I had to laugh at myself.
Honestly, what am I coming to?
Adulthood to me means: No more climbing trees. No more blasting music at all hours. No more guffawing at body sounds. No more buying My Little Ponies.
I suppose though it would be difficult to go on a road trip with your buddies if I were still a kid. On Monday, I am pleased and excited to go on a road trip down the Oregon coast to Universal Studios with three of my good friends. We're leaving on Monday the 20th, and will be back around the 31st.
Although....does the fact that I'm bringing a Harry Potter book and "The Last Unicorn" DVD with me a sign that there is still hope for my childhood? :)
