I'm not a loser after all!!

So....this morning/afternoon was my time to go and bug all those people I gave resumes to last week.

First stop is workstudy opportunities at Cornish. I walk into the information Technology lab, open my mouth to ask if they've filled the available position only to have them ask if I was starting today.

I was certain for several minutes that they were pulling my leg. Apparently, the boss was just about to call me. He would have called me earlier if had not been talking with my other workstudy boss. I guess they were both a bit fussy about who would be able to have me for the maximum amount of hours. woot. ego boost. job.

Though this is a nice, flexible job, I'm still going to pursue those other off campus opportunities. I'd still like to work in some of the galleries nearby. With a job now, I can now volunteer without fear, and then from there I could get them to hire me as an off campus workstudy...
